Customer service representatives shall have an understanding of and ability to operate and navigate through web-based, menu driven systems and be able to educate an inquirer on navigational procedures. Candidates must have strong communications skills. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner, meeting average handle time requirements for the program; while maintaining the highest standards of quality, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every interaction.
